Annie Evans is an expert in Real Estate and associated disciplines – she studied architecture and is well versed and ‘experienced’ in design and construction, having managed multiple construction projects. Annie has participated in all aspects of development from concept and planning through financing and completion. She has worked with communities, action committees and building departments in various California locations. Her experience includes: Design, planning, and zoning, expediting, permits, staging to maximize value, renovation, rehabbing, financing, construction management, property management, Coastal Commission, home inspections and buying and selling real estate. California has been Annie’s playground her whole life – growing up skiing and playing in Yosemite National Park, and many of the most primo areas in California – including Big Sur, Carmel Valley and the Monterey Peninsula. Annie grew up riding horses and hiking on the beach and canyons of her Malibu playground. She loves to sail and logged 44,000 nautical miles navigating and cruising in the Pacific. She has traveled and worked internationally loving to get to know new cultures. Currently she lives in Ventura where she loves to explore with her side-kicks Jackson (a Shorkie – Shitz Tsu/Yorkie mix pup) and Molulua (a Shiba Inu pup).
