Aundrea De Leon was extremely helpful with her hypnotherapy. I was preparing to give a father's speech a my son's wedding. My concern was getting overly emotional, breaking down and crying. I was more interested in delivering a wonderful presentation. Well I was so comfortable it came off without a hitch, no notes straight from the heart.
