My wife and I made an loan to John Napolitano for Humbolt Inc. on 2/25/2020. The repayment plan called for $665.00 monthly for 10 years. John quit making payments to us on 12/31/2023. He no longer takes our calls, returns messages or answer text messages. He talked us into investing our retirement savings to him. My wife and I senior citizens on social security, and the money John owes us is 15% of our monthly income.
